Booking and Appointments • Making Appointments: Provide your name, phone number, and email when booking. Deposits may be required to secure your appointment. • Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email for all bookings. It is your responsibility to verify the details. • Walk-ins: Walk-ins are welcome based on availability but may require waiting. 2. Changes, Cancellations, and No-Shows • Rescheduling: Changes can be made up to 24 hours before your appointment. Short-notice changes may result in fees or loss of your deposit. • Cancellations: • 24+ hours’ notice: No charge. • Less than 24 hours’ notice: Full service fee applies. • No-shows: 100% of the service fee will be charged, and repeat offenders may be restricted from future bookings. • Late Arrivals: A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After 15 minutes, a late fee of $20 applies, and appointments delayed by more than 30 minutes may be canceled with full fees charged. 3. Refund Policy • Shibui Nails and Inks maintains a strict no-refunds policy for completed services. 4. Privacy Policy • We collect personal information, such as name, email, and phone number, to provide and enhance our services. • Your data will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for operations (e.g., payment processing). • We use cookies to improve website functionality. Aftercare and Repairs • Aftercare instructions will be provided for all services. Clients are responsible for following these to maintain results. • Free repairs for gel or acrylic services are available within 7 days if issues arise due to service quality. Damage caused by neglect or failure to follow aftercare advice is not covered. 6. Updates to Policies Shibui Nails and Inks reserves the right to modify policies at any time.
